ReadyPlayGrow is growing into a collection of beautifully designed early years resources for childminders, nurseries, preschools and reception settings. Each product is being created with real practice in mind: simple to use, visually engaging, flexible enough to adapt, and rooted in playful EYFS learning.

Whether you need a quick ten-minute activity, a full story-based learning experience, outdoor ideas, or a whole month of daily curriculum inspiration, these resources are designed to help you plan less, play more and feel confident in the learning already happening around you.

Nursery Rhyme Learning Packs

Familiar rhymes are a powerful starting point for early learning. These packs will turn well-loved nursery rhymes into simple, engaging activity guides with ideas for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and Reception children.

Each pack will include easy set-up suggestions, rhyme-based play ideas, vocabulary prompts, EYFS links, observation ideas and ways to extend the learning. They are perfect for supporting communication, early phonics, rhythm, repetition, movement, confidence and shared joy.

Storytelling & Immersive Story Packs

These story-based packs are designed to help children step inside a book, not just listen to it. Each guide will take a favourite picture book or story theme and turn it into a rich, playful learning experience through role play, language, movement, creative activities and thoughtful discussion.

The aim is to make stories feel alive. Children might build, act, explore, retell, create, wonder and talk — all while developing early literacy, imagination, emotional understanding and communication skills.

Outdoor Learning Guides

The outdoor guides will offer simple, seasonal activity ideas that help children connect with nature, movement, weather, problem-solving and real-world discovery. These guides are being designed to work in gardens, parks, woodland areas, playgrounds or even small outdoor spaces.

Activities may include nature hunts, puddle play, den building, mud kitchen prompts, seasonal crafts, movement games, collecting, sorting, observing and investigating. Each guide will include what you need, what to do, learning links, talk prompts, safety notes and ways to extend the experience.

Monthly Curriculum Guides

The monthly ReadyPlayGrow curriculum guides will provide a full month of daily EYFS-linked activity inspiration. Each month will include a gentle theme structure, daily activity ideas, links across the seven EYFS areas, baby adaptations, home-link suggestions and supporting printable resources where useful.

These guides are designed as a flexible planning companion rather than a strict timetable. Practitioners can follow the month day by day, dip in when needed, repeat favourites, or use the ideas as a starting point for their own provision.

Each month will bring together seasonal themes, hands-on exploration, communication and language, physical development, early maths, literacy, understanding the world, expressive arts and meaningful home-setting links.

Perfect for: childminders, nurseries, preschools and early years teams who want a ready-made bank of daily ideas while still keeping their provision child-led and adaptable.
